Our Favorite Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Favorite Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Jim stopped eating gluten years ago, since he could see and feel his health being challenged every day.  Chronic conditions such as migraines, sinus infections, troubling skin conditions, and many more signs pointed him to make a major change in his diet.

I do most of the baking in the family and want to treat him to the things he misses.  We have found recipes for most of them, but somehow a good waffle eluded us.  National Waffle Day is March 25 (this Saturday!) and we recently found a waffle recipe that we are SO in love with!  It's tasty, fluffy, and gets that yummy crisp exterior.  I have no reason to make wheat waffles again!  I hope you love it, too!
