Create a Custom Probiotic Supplement Smoothie!
In my last video, I discuss Pre, Pro, and Postbiotics. In this YouTube Short, I focus on the “Veggie Mashup” portion of that video. Thank you to Dr. Datis Kharrazian who created this concept of the "Veggie Mashup", which is an amazing way to customize and nurture your unique microbiome!
Veggie Mashup Probiotic Smoothie
Shop for 10-12 different fruits and vegetables that you rarely eat.
Cook them if necessary, but raw is ideal if appropriate.
Mince up finely (a food processor works great for this).
Store in a sealed bag or container in your freezer.
When ready to make your smoothie, take a couple of tablespoons and blend with 6-8 oz of the liquid of your choice.
Drink!
This may not be delicious, but it's highly nutritious to your body and microbiome!
